Hello guys! Balik lagi ke make up tips and tricks dari ayuwinati. Aku yakin banget setiap dari kalian pasti punya masalah pada wajah. Atau lagi pengobatan biar jerawat sama bekas jerawatnya menghilang? Itu aku banget! Sedikit curhat, aku punya wajah yang sensitif banget. Kena debu dikit, jerawatan. Kena air tanah yang nggak biasa, jerawatan. Nyobain make up baru, jerawatan. Terus aku sempet berhenti perawatan karena mau nyoba jenis perawatan lain. So, you must pay a lot ot attentions to your skin type, girls!

Sekarang aku mau ngasih tips gimana caranya biar jerawat sama bekas jerawat ketutup sempurna saat kita beraktivitas sehari-hari. Anyway, sebaiknya sih nggak perlu pakai make up dulu kalo lagi jerawatan. Cuma yaa kalau penampilan itu penting banget di dalam kegiatan kalian sehari-hari, berikut tipsnya!

White teeth, shining smile

Drinking coffee a lot? Do you smoking? Congrats! Your teeth must become yellower right now. So do you have a problem with smiling? Feel embarrassed with your yellow teeth? I have a good solution.

DIY lemon + baking soda…! Try this treatment before brushing teeth

1.       Mix little of baking soda and lemon water (1:2)

2.       Stir it with your tooth brush until become pasta

3.       Brush your teeth with this mix

4.       Mouthwash with clean water (in this part, you will feel that your teeth is so clean)

5.       Brush your teeth with common pasta

Try this treatment twice a week. Don’t do this every day because baking soda is not good for your teeth. It is actually scrape teeth.

The effect will not appear soon, but this is worth it to try. This treatment reduces plaque and tartar too.

So smile while you can smile!

Belle avec citron?

I started to love lemon few months ago. I thought lemon can be replaced with lime. Ups, lemon is better for beauty.

I use water of lemon for my face 3-4 days a week. It gives itchy sensation in acne area for 1-3 minutes. But it will be worthy. I have brighter face and my acne can be controlled.

How to do?

1. Cut little piece of lemon (one lemon can be cut into 5)

2. Squeeze 1/5 of lemon and pour its water to your face

3. Rub all of your face part (be careful in round eyes area)

4. Stay cool until your face dry (I usually until 1 hour!)

5. Wash your face with water first, then use your daily facial foam

6. Don't forget to use moisturizer (lemon makes your face dry)

If you are a calm person while sleeping, it's better to use lemon water all night. I'm not. It will make my pillow sticky.

Remember to still using SPF during the day!

If you have wound, heal it first. Then you can use lemon water easily.

Another advantage of lemon water:

1. Elbow and knee brightener

It's as same as for face

2. Teeth whitener

Collaborating with baking soda. Maximum 2 days a week. Do it with teeth brush then gargle with clear water. Then brush teeth with your daily tooth paste.

3. Lip exfoliating

Collaborating with white sugar. Apply it all night. Once a week is enough. Then wash your lips in the following morning.

4. Reduce nail yellow

Apply the lemon water to your nail. 3 days a week.

5. Hair lighter

Use lemon water to your hair, then go out in a day light. Stay cool (expose your hair to sunlight) then go back home. Rinse it.

Bagi kamu yang suka pake lip matte, adakalanya pasti bibir kamu menjadi kering bahkan pecah-pecah. Matte nya jadi gak enak dilihat lagi kan? Jangan sampe hal ini terjadi pada kamu! Bahkan buat yang gak suka pake lip matte pun suka ada yang bibirnya inisiatif buat jadi kering kan? That's too bad!

Tips & tricks ala ala agar bibir kamu tetap sehat:

1. Tiap sikat gigi, sikat juga bibir kamu. Jadi bibir yang kering itu akan terangkat oleh sikat. Seperti scrubing saja. Sikatnya pelan-pelan aja kalo bisa pakai sikat gigi yang lembut.
2. Banyak minum! 1.5 liter sehari ya usahain. Makan buah dan sayur juga biar bibir kamu punya vitamin C alami 

3. Pakai lip balm sebelum tidur. Perawatan akan membuahkan hasil yang maksimal ketika dilakukan sebelum tidur. Niscaya besok pagi, bibir kamu akan tetap lembab.

Aku pake Tender Care dari Oriflame buat ngelembabin bibir. To the point, ini seperti balm pada umumnya. Bedanya Tender Care mengandung beeswax yang lebih bersifat melembabkan. Tender Care yang aku pakai ini versi original. Wanginya ringan, hanya wangi cream saja.

Kemasannya bulat tapi kecil jadi gampang dibawa kemana-mana. Dengan isi sekitar 13 gr, cream ini akan cukup awet karena pemakaian yang tipis saja sudah cukup.

Sulitnya mengambil cream ketika kamu berjari besar atau berkuku panjang. Namun harganya oke, aku beli pas lagi diskon yaitu dibawah 40k. 

Biasanya aku pakai malam hari sebelum tidur dan pagi hari setelah mandi. Diamkan 1 menit agar Tender Care meresap dan benar-benar kering. Jadi kalo abis itu mau pake lip matte, akan tetap matte. Bukan glossy. 

Tender Care bisa juga dipakai pada siku, lutut, dan tumit agar tidak kasar dan senantiasa lembab. Agar hasil maksimal oleskan Tender Care setiap saat kulit terasa kering. Bisa dipakai juga pada kuku untuk menghilangkan kutikula.

Cantik gak harus menor, tapi sehat itu harus!

First Impression and Review Masker Bubuk Sariayu Kacang Hijau

Bagi kalian yang rutin maskeran tiap minggu, gue rekomendasiin masker bubuk Sariayu yang versi kacang hijau ini. Why?

Because of its benefits! Buat yang mau mengencangkan kulit wajah, cocok pake masker ini. Karena masker ini mengandung alantoin yang memang bisa membuat wajah menjadi kencang.

Masker ini juga bisa mengangkat sel-sel kulit mati. Ini lah manfaat dari kacang hijau tersebut. Maka dari itu, pas pemakaian bakal agak perih dibagian sel-sel kulit mati kalian. Gue pribadi agak perih dibagian bawah bibir. Bagian yang berjerawat nggak mengalami perih sama sekali kok!

Selain itu, wanginya yang nggak menyengat. Beberapa masker lain terkadang wanginya sangat pekat dan nggak bikin relaks. Karena gue suka wangi bedak bayi, jadi masker Sariayu ini bikin gue relaks saat pengaplikasiannya. Wangi kacang hijaunya sangat ringan.

Teksturnya bubuk lembut. Mirip bedak bayi. Saat mau campurin dengan air, jangan kebanyakan airnya. Jadi sedikit-sedikit aja tambahkan air, lalu aduk sampai jadi pasta. Kalo masih kurang air, tambahkan saja tapi sedikit-sedikit. Kemaren gue bikin agak kecairan jadi sedikit sulit pemakaiannya. Harus berkali-kali oles. Kalo pas tekstur pastanya, aplikasinya pun akan semakin mudah.

Masker ini benar-benar 15 menit kering di wajah. Setelah kering, gosok masker sampai tidak ada masker yang bisa digosok lagi. Gue agak susah gosok, mungkin karena terlalu cair bikinnya. Jangan lupa untuk bilas dengan air hangat agar sisa masker terangkat dengan sempurna.

Last but not least, harganya terjangkau. Masker ini bisa dibeli dengan harga dibawah 10k. Namun, gue agak sulit mencarinya di swalayan. Ini baru nemu di salah satu swalayan makanya langsung nyoba. Kemasannya tipis jadi enak buat dibawa-bawa.

Tattoo on your eyes

This is a review about one of Maybelline product, color tattoo 24h! Bold gold type.

Color tattoo has 8 glamour colors to choose. I prefer bold gold because I think it is so shimery and elegant.

Created as cream gel and really soft. So use your fingertip then sweep all over eye. For more bold, darken as desired. It will last for 10 hours or more.

If I used brush, the color can not pop out. So better if I use fingertip.

The pot is really heavy because it is made of glass. 

I bought it for 70 idr, average. I forgot the real price. Sorry :p

It is good to be used for party, not daily using. Maybe you can choose other soft colors for daily using.

Body butter vs body lotion

What is the difference between body butter and body lotion?

The answer is in the ingredients and composition. Lotion contains up to 70% water, average. Lotion tries to minimize skin dehydration by adding in moisturizing agents and other ingredients.

Body butter contains oils and butters which can penetrating the surface of the skin to help nourish and condition skin. The result is skin visibly smoother and silky soft.

Body butters are designed for use all over the body. But avoid using it on the face simply because sometimes the face does not respond kindly heavy oils. Use daily after showering and before sleep.

Actually, a body butter is best used during cooler climates.

When applied, the body butter will trap moisture in, keeping irritants out. Most lotions are drying because of promoting the dissipation softens your skin.

I am using Mustika Ratu, coffee body butter. It contains caffeine so that it will act as anti oxidant. Caffeine also keeps your skin young. The fragrance is so good and it will lift up your mood all day. When applied, it makes your skin little bit glowing. Even it heavier than body lotion, it still fine for daily using in Indonesia. I bought it with 42k (IDR) for 200 g body butter.

Brighter face for a better future

Do you wanna have a bright skin without using make up? This is my secret. Easy to do, even you are kinda busy person.

1. Wash your face before go to sleep
It is necessary to clean up your face before sleeping. All of the polution, even your make up will be vanished. You don't wanna these bad chemical will be absorbed into your skin cells, do you? Clean is the key of bright skin.

2. Use a toner
After washing your face, use a toner. It is better if your toner doesn't consist any kind of alcohol. Sometimes, alcohol makes irritation. Toner will help balancing your pH skin. A balance pH will help your skin look brighter. It also reduces the size of open pores by tightening the cells gaps.

3. Pimple care
I am using acne care from doctor. The acne care are day cream and night cream. These creams contain anti bacteria so that it can prevent pimple appear. You can use home made care for acne such as tomato or lemon.

4. Sunscreen with SPF
SPF is important to protect your skin against UVA and UVB. These kind of UV can damage your skin cell and make it become tanned. Even your bb or cc cream has SPF, it isn't enough to protect your face. Use sunscreen with SPF at least SPF 30.

5. Peel off mask
Using mask such as peel off mask will help your face look brighter. Mask has nutrients which are needed to be a food for your skin. At least use mask 1 time a week.

6. Exfoliate your face
I usually use baking soda to exfoliate my face. This baking soda will clear your dead skin cell. Exfoliate 2 times a week.

7. Drink warm water with squeeze of lime every morning
It helps as antioxidant to your body. Vitamin C helps decrease wrinkles and blemish. 1 lime for a cup of warm water.

8. Drink mineral water 8 glasses a day
Water help your skin from dryness and wrinkles. Make sure you are not thirsty before you go to sleep. While sleeping, you can not drink. So that your skin will need water to hydrating it cells.

9. Eat something healthy
Kinda fruits and vegetables will help giving your cell good nutrients. Take more fruits and vegetables to your menu, everyday!

That's all my secret. I hope you can make your own bright skin!

Who is afraid of sun?

Indonesia is tropical country. Sun light will be everywhere when you have outdoor activity. Do you know it is so important to use sun screen over your face?

1. Protecting your face from UV rays which is harmful for your skin. Your sun screen has to contain both UVA & UVB.

2. Anti-premature-aging. Sun light will damage your cell skin and make it faster to make wrinkles. Ew!

3. Lower skin cancer risk, especially melanoma.

4. Lowers irritating blotchiness and eruptions of red veins. This is also essential to prevent acne.

5. Obviously, prevents sunburns. Sunburns appear because of UVB. Also prevent your face become mottle.

Just apply it 1.5 hours before you go out and leave on. Use sun screen with minimum SPF 30. And always pay attention to the ingredients. Find out any chemical ingredients which are harmful and carsinogenic. There are a lot, and please be careful!

I found Wardah Sun Screen Gel which is safe and so easy to use. The gel is moist but not sticky. It contains aloe vera and vitamin D for your skin food. I use it every day before I apply my foundation.

Do not think twice to use sun screen. Start from today!

I am ready to face you, oily hair!

BAE suddenly ask you to hang out right now, and you just have a gym class. You do not bring shampoo and do not prepare for a dating. Your hair is a big mess! So oily and fall apart. Should you say no to him?

Please, no! Come on, you still can have a wonderful date with him. All you need are baby powder and comb.

Just pour baby powder on your hair, specially in oily part. Wait for about 5 minutes, then comb your hair. Repeat again until your hair looks gorgeous.

It will last for 1 day (average, depends on your hair type)

Believe me, it is very useful.

You know, it is different to make over a teenager and a woman.

A woman has more wrinkles in her eyes and her lips side. You have to fade it. You have to fade the dark spots and her eye circle. Use orange or yellow corrector. Use more bronzer to her jaws. Use darker lipstick colour for her maturity. Do not use nude lipstick. It will make her paler. Strong eyebrow make her personality comes out. It is okay to use more contouring.

Yeay! I choose Amsterdam to be reviewed. I always love red for my thick sexy lips.

Good to be used in Night Party. Actually, the colour is not really red, it is kinda a pink red when I apply it full once. Lovely.

If you want to use it in the mid day, just apply a couple of dot in your lips then tap with your lips. Apply again in your lip line. Tap again.

By the way, the packaging is so easy to bring. It is slim, not long, and fit to small pouch. Very simple.

Then, the aplicator is made by soft sponge which the end is sharp. So you can easily apply this lip matte to your cupid.

It is quite long lasting. About 6 hours for average if you apply it full to your lips. It will not vanish when you eat something.
But, if you apply it just dots, it will last about 4 hours (average). After eating, it will vanish in the middle of your lips.

The cream is so soft. It will not make your lips so dry. I trick it with using a lip balm at night, so my lips still hydrating tomorrow. Without lip balm, my lips kinda dry than usual. Anyway, you will forget you just use it because the cream is find (not heavy) for your lips.

The colour is pigmented. Even you just apply for dots.

Pigmented! It is the result for full once applying.

By the way, I love the scent of this cream. Makes me wanna eat this cream. It is candy? Vanilla? Yeah something cute like that.

Here we go again. Now, I want to review about skin care product which have been made since a hundred years ago. It is amazing because this classic skin care product still exist. Why?

It is Nivea Creme! It is very useful when you are about in dry area. No humidity. Nivea creme is used as moizturizer for hand, knee, feet, all over your body when ever you feel it is dry.

Beside that, you can use this Nivea product as anti aging in eyes area. Then, you can use Nivea creme to treat your iritation skin after sun bathing. What a cool!

Some people use Nivea creme as masker at night, so tomorrow the face is completely moizture.

Ikea Make Over

"The power of make up". Pasti pernah denger kan istilah ini? Betul, make up memiliki kekuatan membuat seseorang tampak lebih cantik. Namun, jika kamu salah menggunakannya, kamu bisa kelihatan lebih seram.

Menurutku, semua wanita perlu mengetahui tentang make up walaupun gak akan dipakai sehari-hari. Kalo kamu ngantor, sampai dateng ke kondangan, seengganya pasti perlu lah sentuhan make up agar kelihatan ciamik dan segar.

Jadi penting banget sesekali buat ikut kelas make up. Atau minta ajarin temen kamu yang udah jago.

Aku milih ikutan kelas make up-nya Ikea yang udah terkenal banget di IPB. Banyak mahasiswi yang akan wisuda memesan jasa Ikea untuk make up. Bahkan sayap Ikea ini udah ke jabodetabek ternyata. Hebat!

Kesimpulan yang penting setelah ikutan kelas ini, "kanvas", Mbak Ika menyebutnya, harus rapih dan kuat. Maksudnya fondasi dasar dari awal menyemprot air mineral sampai pakai bedak harus benar-benar rapih dan menutupi flaw yang kita punya pada wajah. Jangan lupa sering-sering serap keringat dan minyak dengan spons agar kanvas nggak rusak. Kalo kanvas udah perfect, ngelukis wajah pun jadi mudah dan menyenangkan!
